An Afternoon of Inter-Cultural Games
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 collaborated together to learn and play street and playground games from across the globe. Year 3 children provided expert help and direction in their role as Games Leaders.
The children had great fun, learning games from Chile, Pakistan, Greece, Ghana, Israel and China. They participated in mixed age groups with older pupils supporting younger ones. In playing the games, they learned that although countries and cultures are diverse, children across the world are united by their love of games!
